Britcom's Quality Policy

We are delighted to advise that we are currently undergoing a process to upgrade our ISO accreditation in 2017.

Britcom have been ISO accredited since 1999 and currently hold ISO9001:2008 accreditation.

In recognising the importance of our customer relationships, we are committed to providing our customers with a service and products that meets or exceeds their expectations on every occasion.

In order to do so we wholly embrace the standards encompassed within ISO 9001:2015 to deliver those quality objectives and we are currently aiming to complete the transition process to upgrade from ISO9001:2008 to the new standard by the end of May 2017.

We look forward to reporting on the completed upgrade in the Spring.
