A LITTLE ABOUT SOMETHING LARGE
EFFER was first established in 1965. The Company name 'EFFER' made reference to the Latin verb "Effero" which means "to lift". The name thus set out the mission for EFFER: to develop lifting equipment - handling loads or people.

THE EFFER RANGE
The high specification and the very high level of customerization available for every EFFER crane comes from one of four production plants which cover the whole manufacturing of a crane, from the raw steel plates to the whole installation on the vehicle and for the most complex cranes. EFFER produce more than 2000 cranes every year across the full range.
THE PRODUCT RANGE
The EFFER product range is designed to work across many industries. From agriculture and landscaping to building, demoliton, dam cleaning and railway and military work. There's an EFFER for just about every kind of job!
The range is also tailored to meet individuals requirements with many standard options, and additional options available as extras.
