Wacker Neuson Range Update
Richard Jennings, our UK Plant Sales Executive and Wacker Neuson Range expert recently attended a training and update course on the Wacker Neuson range of compact equipment; including some exciting new equipment due out later this year.
The Wacker Neuson Xpert Training was in Munich and was primarily to update UK dealers on new machinery.
There are a host of new machines available including the revamped 803 micro which now has the ROPS bar located at the front of the machine instead of the rear; in addition the boom is now made of box section rather than the old tubular design.
There is a new two and a half ton machine available (2404) this has the power of a 2.5 ton machine but can be towed legally behind a van or 4x4.
An all new cab design extends right across the range; gone is the old grey design. The seating now incorporates the new Wacker Neuson logo, new clocks, and a new colour scheme through the cab. Overall the machines have a much more up to date look.
VDS is now available on excavators up to the 50Z3.
"There is a totally new weight category machine for Wacker Neuson that is to be unveiled at Bauma 2010", advises Richard. "I am sworn to secrecy at the moment although I did operate the machine in Munich and it’s a very exciting step forward for Wacker Neuson."
