Customer Satisfaction
At Britcom, keeping our customers happy is very important to us.
To ensure we continue to improve in this crucial area, we are committed to a Customer Satisfaction Initiative which involves asking all of our customers to complete a short survey about their experience and opinions of us.
Once the questionnaires are returned to us a grading structure is applied to the responses and this then gives us an overall satisfaction percentage. Currently across the business we are operating at 90%. Whilst this is good, it does mean that there is some room for improvement.
Each month we review the areas we have fallen down on, according to the feedback you provide, and ensure that plans are put in place to improve.
